One thing I recommend to EVERYONE with a Free Facebook Group as part of their lead generation strategy is that they have a tool like Group Leads in their arsenal... Group Leads comes free with EscHub (see above) but you can also get is on its own HERE... when you click to accept someone into your group on Facebook this savvy Chrome Extension takes their info and automatically:

* Sends them a welcome message from you

* Adds their details into your CRM (contact management system)

* Sends them any emails you have written for new contacts - perhaps you deliver them a free gift; or send a nice series of emails over a few weeks to tell them more about what you do and what your offers are etc... what a powerful tool for anyone with a facebook group as part of their offer!!

Of course :) I have had the pleasure of building many websites, online courses, online memberships, email marketing templates and fully automated sales systems over the years and it would be my pleasure to talk to you about your needs and dreams for your offers.

I try hard not to use jargon but in the world of tech and business that ain't always easy :) I do know that some of the words I use are nonsensical to people... you don't know what you don't know right? SO please never feel silly about asking me for clarification on any words I use.

When I say 'automated system' I mean a series of actions that can happen automatically when triggered by something that you or your customer does... for example:

A CUSTOMER WANTS TO BOOK AN APPOINTMENT

A MANUAL SYSTEM might look like you sending through options to them and letting them choose on that suits you before messaging you back; if the time is still available you can confirm it to them with another message. You can book it into your calendar and set up a zoom link to send them in another message. You can request payment and chase it up with messages. You can put the appointment in your own diary and send them a reminder closer to the time to make sure they turn up. After the session you can send them a follow up message to check in on them and remind them about the offers you have available.

An AUTOMATED SYSTEM would involve YOU DOING ONE THING... sending them a link to your calendar; they choose their date and time based on your availability on the calendar (synced to your google or outlook calendar); they pay and fill in any forms you need from them at the time of booking the appointment; the information of the appointment is sent to you in an email and confirmation is sent to the client. Closer to the time reminders are sent out at a frequency pre-set by you. After the call there can be a pre-set series of follow up emails that simply send to the client without you having to lift a finger!!

Another example:

SOMEONE PURCHASED YOUR ONLINE MEMBERSHIP

A MANUAL SYSTEM might looking like you speaking to the potential member in messages to tell them all about the amazing membership. They agree to give it a try so you send them over a payment link or your bank details and then have to chase them to pay or just abandon the sale altogether if they don't pay up... no one likes those conversations! They do buy! Whohoo... so now you confirm in a message to them that their payment is received and give them the details they need to know. They need a link to join the community, they need access to files and videos, they need to know their discount codes, they need to know all about what they have purchased as well as how to cancel if they want to. If they are paying monthly you have to keep an eye on payments and chase up any missed payments with yet more messages. If your membership includes regular meetings or training etc you have to manually message people to make sure they know about and have all of the details... this is tiring work!

An AUTOMATED SYSTEM would look more like this - you send a link to the beautifully crafted 'sales page' on your website which details the membership benefits in a way that would be so hard to recreate in a message. The sales page even has FAQs to help combat those common 'blocks' that people have to purchasing your offer as well as amazing testimonials to show that your work with other people is highly commended. The client purchases directly from the page and the payment is with you instantly via Stripe or Paypal. As soon as they purchase; your automated system will send out confirmation email with all details they need; give them access to courses and communities if needed; tag them with the membership name so your email list remains nicely organised; send you an email to let you know you have a new member; add them into a series of reminder emails to tell them when you have a group membership call coming up; monitor payments for you and restrict access if someone fails to keep their membership payments up.... AND ALL YOU DID WANT SEND THEM THE LINK TO THE SALES PAGE!!!
