A note on client system access: Where you are a 1:1 project client or Tech Desk member and we access your business systems (such as GoHighLevel) to deliver support or implementation work, we may encounter personal data belonging to your own customers or contacts. We act as a data processor in relation to that data - we do not collect or use it for our own purposes. This is explained further in Section 5.

Legitimate interests: where we have a genuine business reason to process your data that does not override your rights (for example, keeping basic records of communications)

Consent: where you have actively opted in to receive marketing communications from us

5. How We Store Your Data & Third-Party Systems

Your personal data is stored and processed within the following third-party platforms:

GoHighLevel (GHL) via whitelable EscHub - our CRM and marketing platform, used for contact management, email communications, and website. GoHighLevel operates in accordance with applicable data protection legislation. You can review their privacy policy at www.gohighlevel.com and eschub.com.

Systeme.io - our course hosting platform, used to deliver the From Overwhelm to Online course and any future courses. You can review Systeme.io's privacy policy at www.systeme.io.

Access to your systems: Where we provide done-for-you implementation work or Tech Desk support that involves accessing your GoHighLevel account or other business software, any personal data relating to your own customers or contacts that we encounter in that process is handled solely for the purpose of providing your service. We do not store, export, or use that data for any other purpose, and we do not retain access to your systems beyond what is needed to complete the work. In this context, you are the data controller and we are acting as a data processor on your instructions.

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data from unauthorised access, loss, or misuse.
