This is my world and I'm very good at it.

Where I'll be honest with you: I don't cover custom API coding, complex AI integrations, or some of the newer, more advanced GHL features that go beyond everyday business use. These are specialist areas that need a different kind of expert - and if you ever need one, I'll point you in the right direction.

As part of this membership I do not do the work for you (or your VA), I give you the steps and guidance and 'sounding board' you need in order to do it yourself.

How Does The '12-Hour Guarantee' Work?

You (or your VA) can message me any time via your private WhatsApp channel - day or night. I guarantee a personal response within 12 hours, whether that's a logic fix, a screenshot walkthrough, a voice note, or a video guide.

Because I travel the world with my family, I work across different time zones and this is actually one of the things that makes The Tech Desk work so beautifully. I dedicate two response windows every day, 12 hours apart, so wherever I am in the world, you're never waiting more than 12 hours. Usually much less.

What happens if you are traveling or unwell?

I value transparency. If there is a scheduled travel day or a rare circumstance where I won't be at the Desk to serve you within 12 hours, I will notify all members at least 48 hours in advance. In the case of serious illness, I will communicate as soon as possible so you aren't left wondering where I am.

Can my VA or Assistant Message You?

Absolutely... and I love this! Your VA can message me on your behalf, ask questions, and I can mentor them through a build-out so you don't have to spend your time managing the technical details.

One thing to note: only one person per membership can use the WhatsApp channel per month- so if you have multiple VAs, only one should message under your membership at any given time. If you need wider team support, just get in touch and we can talk about what that looks like.

Is There A Long-Term Contract?

No. I believe in earning my spot at your desk every month. You can cancel your membership before the next payment date at any time with a single click - no hard feelings!
